Take no notice of what the so-called 'health experts' say - here's the secret to good health.We recommend spreading it thickly on toast or putting it in a sandwich; a delicious alternative to those unhealthy 'sugar butties'.
You could make a salt sorbet for a refreshingly different summer cooler, or sprinkle it on your cereal (three shovels full is recommended).
And no winter stew is complete without about three tons of Cerebos.
Blood pressure? What blood pressure?
